John Leon Lewis is a passionate Health and Wellness Coach dedicated to helping people transform their lives from the inside out—mind, body, and spirit. After personally losing over 50 pounds in just a few months and successfully maintaining that transformation, John made it his mission to guide others toward lasting health and confidence.

With a structured, results-driven coaching approach, John specializes in weight loss, metabolic health, and habit transformation. He works with clients across the country, providing personalized support, accountability, and proven systems that help reset the metabolism, increase energy, and improve overall quality of life. His coaching emphasizes consistency, proper nutrition, hydration, and sustainable lifestyle changes—not quick fixes.
